  • A fixed administrative cost of $15 for server allocation is non-refundable.
  • The value of any tokens consumed prior to your refund request will be calculated and deducted from the total amount.

  • Refunds are not automatically processed. If you want to request a refund, please reach out to our customer service team.
  • Refunds only apply to your current subscription. We do not provide refunds for previous months’ charges or any additional costs incurred on your account.
