Do unused tokens roll over to the next month?
No, your token balance resets at the beginning of each new billing cycle. We recommend choosing a plan that closely matches your expected monthly usage to get the best value.
Can I cancel my subscription any time?
You can cancel your subscription with just a few clicks in your account dashboard. Once canceled, you will continue to have full access to your plan's features until the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be billed again after that.
Is there a free trial available?
Currently, we do not offer a free trial, but our Lite plan is designed to be a highly accessible entry point. Since you can cancel at any time, you can try it out for a single month risk-free to see if it fits your workflow.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
Can I request a refund if I'm not happy with my purchase?
Yes! Please keep in mind that your final refund amount will be calculated minus a non-refundable $15 administrative fee for server allocation, as well as the value of any tokens you have already consumed prior to making your request. For more information, please read our refund policy.
